After they defeated the Brotherhood Jack and his friends, or as he refers to as his family, thought that the Commonwealth would be safe. They were wrong as Jojo and Yana were kidnapped by the Institute. The Institute may have lots of advanced technology but they forgot one thing. You can mess with Jack, but never mess with his family.
