After fifteen years away, Dakota Knight has returned to her hometown on a mission, to face her past. She has run away from her trauma, but it's always been waiting for her, and taking the next step in life, she has to go backward. However, her trauma isn't the only thing waiting for her, so is her childhood crush. When she learns he goes by Poison now, due to him joining the Devil's Rose Motorcycle Club, she's unsure who he is now. Once she sees him again, the past crush she had reignites faster than she could have imagined, but she wasn't planning to stay long. As she faces the past, will she find her future? Or will she leave it all in the past?
