Prologue

Lucien is the widow to a Revolutionary martyr. He slaves for humanity's overlords, the Seivohn. When his master Rhaelra buys a new and rebellious slave with big plans, Lucien's world is turned upside down and beat with a switch. Darius drags him along on the adventure he never wanted: escape to America to find the Revolution. Yet the more time Lucien spends with Darius, the more he realizes just how complacent with cruelty he had become.
