It has been a year since Siren sacrificed herself to save Slenderman and his Creepypasta and Hoodie still hasn't gotten over the lose of his wife until one day they find and rescue Siren, killing Zalgo once and for all. Siren tries to readjust to her new free life and remake connections all with a couple new surprises. whats in store for Hoodie and Siren? Will they finally get the peace they want?
