Description
Heidi's name suited her more than anything, standing out from the crowd was never one of her strong points. She was a seventeen year old girl whose name would come under 'socially awkward' in the dictionary. Her name actually did, at least in her best friend's dictionary, she had wrote it in a black permenant marker. Heidi didn't mind not being known, in fact, she craved it. She enjoyed her simple, drama free life. That is until the school's cliques come up with the idea of a 'popularity scale' in which each student in the year group's name would be on. At the end of the year, the name at the top of the list, won. When Heidi discovers she's the only student whose name is not on it, she couldn't be more thrilled. Her best friend, Bree, on the other hand decides enough is enough. With a little push, and a few devious schemes, will she be able to break Heidi free from her little awkward turtle shell?
