1. How It All Began

I am Yvette Swenson. Eighteen years of age and have been auctioned and traded basically my whole life. When I finally met a boy who goes by the name of Jacob Perez, I thought I was 100% sure I had found hope until that's when I discovered he's one of "THEM". But, he always seems different. I don't know whether he's trying to help me or help them. I don't know how much more I can take. Am I going to finally be set free to the bright side , or be kept as a 'pet' in the dark side? Either way, I will try my best.
