Chapter 0: Prologue

It's 1983 in Albania and a conspiracy is brewing. Veteran detective Arno Rugova of the People's Police must work with a rookie detective Dashamir Peja as they uncover a plot involving a few Yugoslavian bank robbers and government corruption.
