Satsuki Kiryuin, President of the Honnouji Academy Student Counsel, keeps four very powerful allies at her side known as the Elite Four. They hold a special position at Honnouji Academy and are responsible for overseeing many aspects of the school's functions. But theres one rank Kiryuin holds above all else, the Vice-President.
