String Cheese (Prologue)

Chelsiley has always been different. She can see soulmates. Specifically, strings tied to people's fingers, connecting them. But, she's never been able to find who's at the end of her's- if she has one at all. She can't see her own string. One day, she meets Bamble, a punk girl with a soft interior, and learns her secret- she can see the strings too, but not her own. The two girls try to discover the root of their secret, and the connection that exists between them.
