Prologue

Evelyn Charlotte Williams discovered she was a witch when she was 13. Her village chased her out with pitchforks and torches, and she went to go live with a secret coven of witches. On her seventeenth birthday, at midnight,her elemental power will be revealed. Fire, Rock, plant, water, air, and metal are the common ones. Light and shadow are rare, and powerful. On that special birthday, her coven is captured by the king's army. she is able to escape with her wand and her best friend. With her newfound power, will She be able to put an end to the king's rein of terror, or will she be destroyed by his knights?
