The Reagan Administration welcomes another new year but it comes with a bang as the notorious Middle Eastern terrorist group The Rising Jihad attacked the annual countdown in New York City. But Vice President Isabella Reagan also had to face another problem involving the terrorist group when the President is away. However both parties has valuable info as their respective bargaining chips and Isabella has to avoid war which could occur if she takes one wrong step.
