A Monster That Devils Fear

What makes a killer? Genetics? Environment? Both? The society in which one grows up in? Perhaps a childhood in which one is subjected to unspeakable evils? Is there any excuse to kill? Can someone do something so bad, they do not deserve to live?

What I offer are not the answers to these questions but instead a small story, poem almost, in which maybe you can decide the answers for yourself.
