Prologue: A Dimensional Rift

The adventuring group have gotten themselves into a huge adventure involving dimensional rifts, which ends up taking them to MANY dimensions. They also meet new people along the way, and maybe they will be of great use in this situation. Will they ever find a way out of this mess and fix this? Or will they be trapped in a dimensional mess forever?
