Another sleepless night

Ever since Brice Everdeen moved into her new home, she's been plagued with reoccurring nightmares and sleep paralysis. Only she gets the effects and no one else, except when someone's in the room they always get a sick feeling or feel like they're being watched. Is it just a coincidence, or is it something more sinister?
