I remember them looking so happy. Just smiling with one another. It was something you see on TV, black love at its finest. I couldn't understand what brought them together but once you saw them, it was like pure bliss. I... I was trying to form my sentences when I came across another memory on my mind. This one hurt like a lightning shooting through my heart. Both of them dead, in front of my eyes. I feel like I am slipping into an abyss of darkness that only I can reach out and grasp the light before heaven calls the trumpets and opens the gate. Those two, the sound of their laugh and the way they smiled, hugged us, made sure we were always okay, my parents... Had really slipped away and left. Someone killed my parents and no revenge on my end. I just don't understand how someone could see the potential of live again and living to their fullest and take them out like a sharp axe cutting through wood. Please don't sympathize for me and my brother, it was hard to witness but check out my life and let me show you how WE have risen!
