The baby project, a well-known muggle tradition, teaching teenagers the pain of parenthood in an attempt to prevent teen pregnancies. With parents urging teenagers to repopulate the wizarding community after the war, Hogwarts Headmistress, Minerva McGonagall, has decided to teach them that parenthood probably isn't the best thing for them right now. How better to do so than with a term-long extra subject - Parenthood. From faked pregnancies lasting a day per trimester to the kids growing twice the rate as normal, all this and NEWTS, oh, and you can't choose your partner. That job belongs to the Sorting Hat.
