Story challenge December/January

Matthias Sommer is a 63-year-old man who just found out that his wife Anna cheated on him. I will give you a few lines and then your challenge is to write a 1000 word story with it. The lines that I will give you can be the first or last sentences or you can put them in the middle. Good luck !!
