Description
After finishing another draining semester of university, Zion Lewis heads home in hopes of spending some quality time with his father and enjoying his summer to the fullest. However much to his dismay he returns home to find his father is missing and the only thing he's left behind is a bunch of notes that to Zion just looks like nonsense. So much for a summer of relation, Zion is now tasked with finding his father and the first place he goes to look is a sleepy town located between six churches and mossy bayous called Wimborne. Its a town where the dead don't stay dead, creatures of the night rule, and pretty boys hold their tongues with secrets so deadly it hurts. It doesn't long for Zion to soon realizes that all the things that infested his nightmares are indeed true and he's somehow tied to one of the original families of witchcraft and that title alone is enough to make him question everything he's ever known. He realizes the world of the witches is just as messy as any other as he is tried with centuries old rivalries, ancient customs and tradition, blood feuds and hierarchy, all while trying to find his father.
