The humbling feeling of a moment rendered unavoidable. It was something humanity understood from a young age; life's cycle. But no one could know what followed. It was a natural process deemed absolute, regardless of humanities technological advances. So when Caius Xue, a troubled Omega, passed away and reawakened to find himself an obscurity in his own timeline, he was convinced it was a dream. But he was wide awake by the time the very same cockroaches which invaded his home in the past, claiming everything for themselves and leaving both him and his Papa struggling to survive, simultaneously started arriving on their doorstep.
