The story of Karim Brown and Jorden Nelson best friends since third grade separated at ages 13 and 14 both freshman in high school meet once again in adult hood at a fund raiser.

Karim Brown a boy born into poverty to a single mother and only one other sibling a baby brother. With the odds against him Karim now 28 became a successful businessman with multimillion dollar software company.

Jorden Nelson a girl raised in a upper middle class and the middle child of 3 to her mother and stepfather. With her stepdad getting a promotion Jorden family had to move. Now at age 27 Jorden is a general surgeon attending.
