Chapter 1- Meeting My Mate

Riley Cooper is just waiting for the day she can meet her mate and start her life, but when she does it's not at all what she expected. He turned her down before she could even protest. Instead of running off or crying about it she decides she's going to convince him to change his mind. However, it's turns out to be a lot more difficult than she imagined. Will she win him over or will she end up alone? And what to do about the approaching war?
