Soulmates are the worst

Soulmates are two people who are destined to be together so what happens when Steves soulmate is a villain. (Y/n) is one of the best villains around able to break into anything and anywhere and is on top of the Avengers watch list. Steve is sent on a mission to try to capture her and gets a lot more then he bargained for when he realises his soulmate is his worst enemy.
