Kat Canis finds herself in a new part of her life. The closest person t o her has started to keep secrets from her, and she hasn't gotten hurt since she was 8. She wants to find this person who made her seemingly immortal. One day she comes crashing into a person in stress. Her family takes her in, and Kat is worried that her brother's relationship with her will take a downfall.
