Academy city, the most technologically advance city in the world, and a place filled with espers, people with amazing abilities that are ranked from level 0 to level 5. But Academy city isn't the only place that has espers. The European Union has created there own esper training facility. It may not have many students, or even many that have abilities over level 3, but they do have a few level 5 of there own. There first rank is truly exceptional. His name is (Y/n) (L/n). A esper with the ability to control time. Because of his British origin, he's been given the nick name Time Lord. He's a 16 year old guy that looks like a 10 year old....... Follow his adventures, as he enters Academy City to try and solve a certain problem that is going on.
