River and the Doctor had a child on Darillium but, due to circumstances, she was made human and placed on Earth. One day she begins attending the Doctor's lectures and he can't help but begin teaching her himself.

Or, an AU rewrite of Series 10 of "Doctor Who" because I love the theory that Bill could have been the Doctor and River's daughter and I'd like to explore that more.
