New Neighborhood

Nicky Roth just moved to a peaceful neighborhood looking for a new start.
But after a while of living there he notices his neighbor across the street doing some strange things in his house. Nicky's nosey -self had to find out what his neighbor's hiding in his basement door that as all boarded & locked up.

But his neighbor doesn't enjoy Ricky's company.
