There are rumors spreading of a new cult going around. They have been seen throughout Sorinieth, from the Windswept Plateau to the Southern Icefields.

What that is most known about them is the Cult's obsessions with Special Eyes, especially those with Primal Eyes. They worship the Primals as if they were deities.

Most have brushed off this silly little Cult as some sort of fad that will vanish as fast it had appeared.

But, it seems others are starting to actually believe in the message of the Cult...
