Prologue

Veronica Gilbert has always had two passions: science and singing. When it finally came to choosing a career path, she opted for the 'less risky' option and is working to pursue her dream of ultimately becoming a doctor.

Nothing seems to be able to stop Veronica from reaching her goal. However, when she accidentally agrees to go on a date with famous actor, Zane Collins, her life begins to change.

As Veronica and Zane grow closer, they realize they have more in common than they think and learn they can help each other find what they're missing in life.
