Why me?

My name is Aki Nguyen and I am 26 years old and I am in the middle of dying. I have always been a fast learner which made school life easy. When I was a freshman in high school I was only 10 years old and when I graduated I was 13. Afterward, I went straight to college and I graduated in 2 years ahead of my class with the highest honors and started my own company that grew greatly overnight. My sister was the only family I had so I worked my butt to pay it off the debt my parents left for us so that my sister can have a happy life. So why did I end up like this? Why did this happen to me? What did I do to deserve this kind of death?
