Lucy Heartfilia is a Well-Known Surgeon at the Sabertooth Hospital. When she hears about the very ill patient at The Fairytail Hospital she is asked to work there to Help them. They get to know each other and Lucy found their bucket list; she promised she would do everything on their bucket list with them. What will happen if lucy fell in love with her patient?
