Prologue

After the devastating loss of her parents, Julia is taken in by her thoughtful grandparents at the age of six. But how will she cope after being practically imprisoned in her room for eleven years until, on her seventeenth birthday, she is finally allowed to go to school? Now, the question is, what will become of her in this new world of superpowers being weilded by her classmates and teachers? How will she handle being powerless amoungst her new friends, and even some new foes?
