A new home and a new life

Neshiro Silva is Noelle's twin sister. While Noelle was always hated because of her poor mama control, Neshiro was praised and she hated that her sister was being treated so poorly. She ran away from home when she was 9, hoping that Noelle wouldn't get treated as bad anymore.
