Chapter 0 - Prolgue

Another world meeting was happening, and of course Italy was late again due to some "complications". Overhearing something after returning from break, Italy left. Never to be heard from since. A few years later, America met a citizen of Italy and became friends with her. This girl made Alfred recall something important about Italy, but what is it? Will they ever see their friend, and sibling again?
