Be Quiet and Stay

Iila's husband use to love her, but that good thing ended like they sometimes do. He hates her now and he shows her that every chance he gets. He shows his hate in the coldness in his eyes, the broken glass in his words, and the cruelness wrapped around his hands like gloves.

She loves him though, because she made the mistake of not doing so once and it ended up costing her everything. She loves him much more then she loves herself. Her love and her willingness to be the one who shoulders most of the suffering is tested when he forces them to move.
