"Elsa! Come on we're getting late" Someone shouted from behind her. "Bye!"She quickly said and ran off. Was she always this cheery? Don't know.... Who was she? Don't know.... But he knew one thing that she was Dr Hamada's patient....but why should he care? "Elsa Rose Winters....Atrial septal defect...." She had such dangerous disease, how could she still be so bright? "I do not want a heart transplant!" She shouted at her brother. It wasn't like he cared if someone does or not she was just another stubborn patient, she wasn't any special case but one thing bothered him her being happy go lucky behaviour, He was irritated by her being so bright and her toothy smiles because he couldn't smile like that or be as bright as her, maybe he was jealous? "You Have Miles to go boy! Smile!" She tried to force him but he only frowned more. "No I don't, Leave me alone" He started to leave. But little did he know that he had Miles To Go with her....
