I starting writing poetry to try new writing styles and now I find it a spectacular way to channel my emotions and experiences. Please bear with me when reading this, (in my opinion) the poems get better the more you read, as I gain experience writing poetry. I LOVE constructive criticism so please comment your thoughts (just don't be overly rude and hateful please), and be sure to vote on the ones you enjoy! Ever since I started writing poetry it has helped me a ton throughout the ups and downs of my life and to me there are few things as beautiful then a person sharing "the colors of their soul" (book reference, The List) DISCLAIMER: Several of these poems reflect my own beliefs and if you are offended sorry not sorry. If you disagree with them please do not start an argument in the comments, or be rude about it, just don't read those specific ones and don't vote on them unless you want to. If you read them it is your choice, please don't get mad at me for sharing who I am.
