Reese Lavek left Sebastian Smythe standing at his front stoop confused and angry, and she beats herself up every day for leaving him. Now she's back in Ohio to assist Blaine in his proposal to Kurt. However, she and Sebastian meet, and he is determined to make her his again.

Reese still loves him, but she's threatened by her blackmailer.
