Summary

The apartment next door to Brooke Walters' was empty for the last 4 years since she moved in. She would stand on her balcony drinking a bottle of red wine by herself and as she watched the city lights sparkle in the dark, but glittering, sky, and car lights flash by every night. Until those moments disappear after someone moves in next door. That person is Kevin Anderson. A cute 26 year old boy that works at a pet shop. Brooke's first impression of him was that he was kind-heart and a social butterfly, but she soon finds out that he's cold and anti-social, and that he's full of mixed and unread emotions. Will Brooke and Kevin get along, and could their be a possible romance between them?
