Katsuki Bakugo is a Merman. Eijiro Kirishima is a Syren.
When Bakugo spends time with the Princess of the Mer, her father, the King of Mer, believes they with to become a mated pair, but little does he know Katsuki has no interest for the Princess, and is more interested in a male Syren with red hair. Eijiro also likes Katsuki but any interaction between a Mer and a Syren is forbidden. Especially any form of feeling other than loathe.
