Silenced

Low hums and growls were heard throughout the old house. Paige's eyes were wide and she had an awful feeling in her gut.

Slowly, a figure formed right in front of her. Paige recognized the features of the decaying figure's face. Square chin, round full cheeks, a little upturned nose, and long lashes. But those lips, oh, those lips... they were perfect except for the thread that kept the figure from screaming out in pain and anger.

"K-Kennedy?" Paige managed to choke out.

The figure's eyes turned from a bright green to a dim white shade. Kennedy Robinson... it was her.
