Nicole and Waverly had issues while they were dating, issues that involved them distancing each other and not talking for a few months, issues that involve fighting most of their relationship.

Waverly tries, she tries so hard to get Nicole to be a part of her life, even just as a friend. She just wants Nicole to be there because she loves her, she always did.
