When Peggy Schuyler returns home in New York, she finds an incantation in a book in the attic. When she reads it aloud, she releases the powers that her mother and grandmother had locked away. Angelica, Eliza, and Peggy have two choices, they can use their powers for good, or they can use it for evil.
