Chapter 1

Many people suffer from mental health issues, and have for a long time. We have lost loves ones, friends, and strangers to this issue. We suffer with them, we watch as they struggle, we do our best to help however we can. In some cases we are successful, in some cases we are not.
This story is for those of you who may suffer, and those of you who may know someone that has or is suffering. Please know you are not alone.
