The police force believed that the Anarchy needed to be taken down. However, the Anarchy is a source of justice for those who were crossed at childhood. No one knows the identities of these masked figures. No one knows why they were formed in the first place. No one knows their past and history. Everyone has secrets that were meant to stay in the dark.
