an adaptation of the rom hack by wind1158(check it out give him the credit) Neil is a brilliant scientist from the Ivara region. he has a dream of making mega evolution permanent and giving mega evolution to all Pokemon. He runs out of funds and has to resort to working for a mysterious organization called team delta. He starts to question his decision as he decides to leave team delta. with the help of various people on his journey to find the truth about team delta, he is drawn into a much darker story.
