Dimoria. A world where your status is determined by the colour of your blood. Red, blue, black. Mae Eldrid is black blooded and has been kept hidden from the world by her mother. She is forbidden from using any of her abilities for fear that she will reveal herself. She remains hidden until she reveals herself during a normal everyday grocery run. Having exposed herself to the world, Mae flees to keep her mother safe and entrusts the help of a blue blood tracker to help her escape from the hands of the black blood royals chasing her. She meets people her mother warned her about and finds out her mother just might have been wrong about the world. After a betrayal Mae is left wondering.
