Chapter 1

It is the dawn of a new era. While the civilization of Earth is taking its first steps into the greater universe, a small exploration vessel is sent to a distant trinary star system on a secret mission to unravel a timeless enigma. As the ship closes in on its destination, Dr. Aiman Zawar, pioneer astrobiologist, along with the rest of the ship's crew, finds himself an unwilling participant in a bid of human sentience against the terrifying forces of the cosmos.
