For Six Years

Lesley parked her car at the edge of the gravel path. He shoes crunch on the pine needles as she dodge the droplets. She hopped on the veranda, and it was colder than he das expect.
All members of the group wrote, and some had written a story for this opportunity. Lesley have no desire writing one herself beacause of her separation from Rob. She hoped the coming night would be as creepy as during the last years when they were so scared that they did not go home before daylight.
Now most of them were nearly 30, and they seem to be more interested in election results and property tax than ghosts.
