A different evil is coming to Gotham.

First, Lucy Quinn, the daughter of Harley Quinn, Is thrown in a room under lock and key alongside the children of the other members of the suicide squad in an effort to keep them safe.

Then, the Gotham criminal alliance, comprising of the worst criminals Gotham has ever seen, come to realize a strange trend going on in their territories.

As the suicide squad investigate and prepare to attack alongside the military, the criminals of Gotham city prepare for a war of their own.

Oh, and Batman has gone missing.
