Chapter 1: Travel to New Worlds

Having survived his battle against Ultraman Zero from the previous film, the evil Ultraman Belial, now known as Galactic Emperor' Kaiser Belial has taken up a new conquest for universal domination. Determined to track down the source, Ultraman Zero travels to an alternate dimension to investigate, armed with a bracelet which allowed him to transform three times in an alternate dimension and received help from residents of the Land of Light during the travel.
